Job Description
Research, Quality Assurance & Innovation Officer to support the company's growth through quality assurance, product improvement, research, innovation, and business process enhancement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating software systems, websites, mobile applications, cybersecurity projects, infrastructure deployments, and internal operational processes before they are delivered to clients or implemented internally. The role requires an individual who can independently identify weaknesses, risks, opportunities for improvement, and innovative solutions that contribute to the growth and its clients.
In addition to quality assurance responsibilities, the officer will conduct research on emerging technologies, market trends, business opportunities, and industry best practices while recommending practical initiatives that improve company performance, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys asking questions, solving problems, testing systems, identifying gaps, and continuously seeking ways to improve products, services, and organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & System Testing
Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications, websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms before deployment.
Verify that all project requirements have been implemented correctly.
Identify system defects, usability issues, workflow gaps, and performance concerns.
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document findings.
Test system functionality across different devices, browsers, and operating environments.
Verify integrations, reports, dashboards, notifications, and automation processes.
Prepare testing reports and recommendations for development teams.
Approve or recommend corrective actions before project delivery.
Product & Service Evaluation
Assess completed projects to ensure they meet business objectives and client requirements.
Evaluate user experience, functionality, scalability, security, and overall quality.
Identify opportunities for feature enhancements and product improvements.
Recommend solutions that increase product competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
Research & Development (R&D)
Conduct ongoing research on technology trends, software solutions, cybersecurity developments, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and emerging business opportunities.
Evaluate new technologies that may improve company operations or create new revenue streams.
Prepare research reports and recommendations for management.
Monitor competitor products, services, and market developments.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
Recommend automation opportunities that reduce manual work and increase productivity.
Propose new products, services, and business models that align with YanaCorp’s strategic objectives.
Participate in innovation initiatives and organizational improvement projects.
Business Analysis
Review project requirements and ensure proposed solutions address client needs effectively.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
Identify risks, dependencies, and potential implementation challenges.
Support project teams by providing business-focused recommendations.
Strategic Growth Support
Research potential markets, industries, partnerships, and business opportunities.
Identify conferences, events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities that may benefit YanaCorp.
Contribute ideas and recommendations that support business growth and market expansion.
Support management with strategic planning initiatives and special projects.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare quality assurance reports, research reports, and improvement recommendations.
Maintain testing documentation, checklists, and quality standards.
Present findings and recommendations to management and project teams.
Track implementation of approved recommendations and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
