Job Description
The Admin/Receptionist is responsible for providing front desk and administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations. The role involves welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, managing correspondence, handling office records, and supporting general administrative tasks while maintaining a professional and organized office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements.
Provide information on travel packages, destinations, flights, hotels, and transportation.
Prepare travel itineraries based on clients' needs and budgets.
Make flight, hotel, and tour reservations.
Process bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Promote the company's travel products and services to achieve sales targets.
Ensure excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
Good knowledge of office procedures and customer service.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
