Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting the organization's human resource functions, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll support, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Requirements & Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Public Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification in Human Resource Management (e.g., CHRP, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Previous experience in Human Resources is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
