Job Description
The Head of Sales & Business Growth is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and expanding business opportunities. The role involves leading the sales team, building strategic partnerships, increasing client acquisition, and ensuring consistent achievement of business growth targets across services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales and business growth strategies
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets
Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
Oversee proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations
Monitor market trends and competitor activities Drive customer retention and business expansion initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years B2B sales Experience
Experience Selling Technology, Software, IT services, Cloud, Telecom or Enterprise Solution
Proven Track record of achieving revenue targets
Experience Closing high value enterprise contract
Experience Acquiring Government, NGO and Corporate clients
Strong Pipeline & Partnership Development skills
