Job Description

The Front Office & Business Administration Officer is responsible for managing front office operations, coordinating administrative activities, supporting business development initiatives, maintaining customer relationships, assisting with HR administrative functions, and ensuring effective communication with clients, visitors, partners, and other stakeholders while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization.

Requirements & Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Office Management, Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in front office, administration, customer service, or a similar role is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
