Job Description
The Direct Sales Representative (DSR) is responsible for promoting and selling the company's products directly to customers, building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets while representing the company professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell the company's products to existing and potential customers.
Visit assigned customers and outlets according to the daily route plan.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Identify new business opportunities and register new customers.
Ensure products are well displayed and available at customer outlets.
Collect customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and submit daily sales and activity reports.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Requirements & Qualifications
Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Good communication and sales skills.
Ability to work in the field and meet sales targets.
Must own a smartphone.
Willingness to work on a field-based assignment.
